For volunteers staying west side, you may take first train to Bedok MRT, you should be able to catch 7am shuttle bus.
For volunteers staying north area, take NS line to Bishan MRT and transfer to Circle line, alight at Paya Lebar MRT and continue your journey on EW line to Bedok.
For volunteers who wish to take public buses to event site, you can take SBS

31, 43, 48, 196, 197, 4N and alight at Marine Parade Road, Hua Xin Ct. (Bus stop no. B93041) or Bedok South Ave 1, Bedok South Ave 1, Opp Eastern Lagoon II.

Walk across the Laguna Flyover is ECP Car Park E2.

Important updates:
1) Race Kit Packing and Race Expo venue confirmed. (See the table in Section D)
2) Race Kit Packing reporting time change to 9:30 am.
3) Normal volunteer mass briefing canceled due to some venue bookinh issues. E-briefing will be conducted on this website. Final briefing will be given on the event day itself.
4) E-confirmation exercise for Race Kit Packing & Race Expo volunteer starts now. Please do reply us asap.
5) Event day volunteer email confirmation will be sent out by this week.

Volunteer free shuttle bus service timing (on 23 Jan 2011):
Before event:
6:10 am,  6:30 am (2 buses leaving from Bedok MRT at the same time)
7:00 am,  7:15 am (Only 1 bus departures each time)
7:45 am (2 buses departure at the same time)
Bus pick-up point:  Bedok MRT, Exit A, Taxi Stand (Opposite Bedok Interchange)

After event:
15:00, 15:30, 16:00, 16:30, 17:00.  (One bus each time slot)
Pick-up Point: East Coast Park, Car Park E2
Drop off point at Bedok MRT, Exit A

1) Race day reporting time change to 6:45 am.
2) Shuttle bus services will be provided from Bedok MRT to East Coast Park, Car Park E2 on the race day.
    Volunteer transport allowance will be adjusted accordingly.
3) Volunteer leader interview and confirmation will be postponed after Christmas.

The Race Expo date has been shifted to 16 Jan 2011 (Sunday).
2) The volunteer briefing and leader recce date has been changed to 15 Jan 2011. (Saturday)
