If you cannot turn up for the event or you have yet to receive any information, please email immediately.
Volunteer shuttle bus information is included in the confirmation email.

B. Race Official

Please ensure that you are available on the relevant dates before you register as a volunteer.
All important commitment dates are stated in the section E. Please take note the briefing is compulsory.

C. Race Official Leader Registration
1) Kindly register yourself using the link in the section B. (Choose "Yes" for "Apply for Leader Position" in the registration form)
2) Email us a passport photo for your accreditation pass.  Sent to
3) Leader Application Criteria:
    a) You must able to commit yourself on the volunteer briefing day (13 May), leader recce (13 May) and event day (19 May).
        If you are able to come for Race Kit Packing and Race Entry Packing Collection will be good but not compulsory.
    b) You need to recruit at least 15 volunteers for the event. Those volunteers might be assigned to your area of in charge.
    c) You need to attend a volunteer interview or pre-event meeting if required. (Date to be announced)
    d) Non-experience volunteers are welcomed.
    e) Minimum age: 15 years old and above as of 31 Dec 2012.
 4) Volunteer leader will be given leader allowance and other privileges as usual.

D. Race Official Shuttle Bus Information

Shuttle buses will be provided:

from Bedok MRT to East Coast Park, Car Park F2


Departure Time: 7:10am, 7:30am, 7:50am, 8:10am, 8:30am, 8:55am

                from Bedok MRT

Bus Boarding Area:  Bus stop B84039 @ Bedok MRT, Exit A

                     (Opposite Bedok bus interchange)


Please try to be at Bedok MRT earlier and board the 7:10 or 7:30 bus.

 As most of the volunteers will report at 8am, 7:50 bus might be crowded.

 If you wish to take public transport to East Coast Park, Car Park F2:
 You may take bus 10, 10E, 13, 14, 14E, 43, 531, 853C.
 Alight at Upper East Coast Road, The Summit, bus stop no, B94031.
 Walk along the Bayshore Road to East Coast Parkway (ECP).
 There is a tunnel near Bayshore Road ECP exit and link to East Coast Park, Car Park F1.
 Walk to Car Park F2 from Area F1.
